Material and intended location
Identify porcelain, ceramic, mosaic, natural stone or another tile material. State wall or floor use and whether the location is indoor, outdoor or commercial. Required performance must be checked against the proposed tile documentation.
Dimensions and surface
Provide width, length, thickness and finish requirements. Large format tile orders also need careful coordination of crates, handling and installation system requirements. Approve physical samples and agree batch acceptance criteria.
Quantities and logistics
State net area and any separately planned allowance, together with destination and programme. Ask for pieces per pack, square metres, pallet weight and loading data for the actual product. Avoid calculating container quantities from unconfirmed dimensions.
