Quartzite is natural stone. Engineered quartz is a manufactured engineered surface. They must be named separately in a quotation request and should not be treated as equivalent on the basis of a similar appearance.
Select actual slabs
Granite, marble and other natural stones vary between blocks and slabs. Request images of the actual proposed batch, dimensions, thickness and surface finish. Agree selection and appearance criteria before fabrication begins.
Match the fabrication brief
Provide the intended application, such as countertops, islands or wall cladding. Ask the supplier for the relevant fabrication and technical documentation. Confirm crate, weight and shipment information for the selected material rather than a generic catalogue image.
